Hideshi Hamaguchi: How to live like Japanese in Portland

It's been a couple of weeks since I attended Ignite Portland, and I've been meaning to write a quick post about it. My favorite presentation was by Hideshi Hamaguchi, who presented How to live like Japanese in Portland (slides here). Hideshi organized his points according to the hour of the day. My favorite: 3pm - Make Everything a Garden. At 3pm, turn your inbox, your desktop, your desk, your cubicle or your project a garden. Organize, prune, sweep and clean up, in order to simplify your life. He has some great ideas, and I definitely plan to revisit his talk over and over again.
